I got mine today - they look OK but can I just leave on the windowsill for a couple of weeks as haven't got the time to plant out yet (and not very green fingered!). Thx.0

Same here....I'm busy and not green fingered - however mine seemed too fragile to pot on so they have sitting on window sill for over a week now.0 -

Guys you need to plant these on into bigger pots , as they will not grow left in the tiny cells, you can buy seed trays cheap and a small bag of compost once potted up leave them indoors to bring them on a bit, after a few weeks you can put them out during the day but bring them in at night, this should take you upto may then you can plant them outdoors when the risk of frost has passedPure Dog Loving0 -
I've had to chase as I still haven't received them altho ordered on 25/2....apparently they have been reordered....:(A friend is a present which you give yourself (R.Stevenson)

There C/S is appalling. I never received mine and the game it has been trying to get them replaced! 19 minute on the phone.0845 number.then finally received a form to sign, with a number on it. How do I know the number if I did not receive. No S.A.E. so all in all not very cheap in the end.So stamp and envelope plus journey to crowded post office!! Have asked for a refund but not hopeful.Be ALERT - The world needs more LERTS0

Emailed to complain - well, to say I wouldn't be ordering from them again & they are now going to send me a replacement 24 plants. I have said No thank you!
Have to say, although the plants were very disappointing, they were very apologetic & after offering to replace (which I declined) they have now refunded me by cheque. All done by email.0 -
Yeah mine havent arrived either, even though I was promised a replacement two weeks ago (I know plants take time to grow, but its been about 7 weeks now!). Think I'll just get some from b&q....0

I haven't received mine either
Are there others still waiting for theirs??
