    Without detailed information often difficult to give opinion though.
  • maybe you have already written but cant see it...how much is the property worth now?
    se25 is a very improving area as far as I know

    We tried selling it beginning of 2009, it was valued at 190k but had no interest at all. We did get one offer for around £160k!! I've been browsing proeprties around that area and its not good. I reckon its worth around £165k now, we bought it for £176k
