Quite simply.........Countrywide Property Lawyers....CLOWNS. They must use the 'Lawyers' bit in the loosest sense.
If I move house again and find any party in the chain is using CPL I will pull out.0 -
Your not the only one, I can think of three clients off the top of my head that have said the same!Simon_gloster wrote: »

Go onto ciao and see the reviews. Some must be written by the BDM's as all the personal comments slate them.

Because they have aproximately 800 EA based Mortgage Consultants forced to recommend them and threatened with their jobs if they dont. Thats just the Mortgage Consultants, you then have the Estate Agents themselves, say 5 staff per branch, maybe a 1000 branches? I'm pretty sure CPL (or CCS as they want to be called) are the most profitable part of CountrywideSimon_gloster wrote: »In all fairness betmunch I dont know how they are still trading?

When I was there I refused to do it, luckily I had a decent manager at the time who didnt give me too much grief (who has since left!)
I remember one meeting in a January they dragged all the consultants (about 60 or so) from about 4 subsidarys to Exeter to gee us up for the year. Everything was going well, how well the company was weathering the credit crunch, new products, etc etc. Then right at the end.....
"OH, AND IF YOU DONT GET YOUR 2 REFERALS TO CPL A MONTH THEN WE'LL DOWNGRADE YOU"
I left shortly after!I am a Mortgage Adviser

I have a Taylors near me and I chuckle to myself as I walk by.
You must have had the dreaded "get hold of the failed Market appraisals".make sure you get CPL. I have also been there many moons ago. I cringe at the thought of some of those meetings.0
