I love the system waitrose uses for it's special offers - they always take the set amount off.
On sunday they had reduced loads of the £4 meats in the 3 for £10 offer to 99p, I got 3 and they still took £2 off, so only paid 97p!

My order was delivered tonight and it appears that no discount was given on the 3 sides and wine My order came to £4 more than my emailed order confirmation despite an item worth £3.79 missing due to being OOS. It may have been caused by the tender leaf salad (one of the sides) being substituted for the baby leaf salad.

I agree brilliant post. Received my order yesterday and I am afraid I was rather greedy as did 3 deals, so got 2 wines and 1 chocolates.
Enough veg and potatoes for the week and garlic bread, which I have frozen. Many thanks OP.

It does not let you total unless you go over £50.
The wine alone is £5.99. So 50p for some food seems good.
