Lovely Legs for Summer x

Options
Hello and Hope You Can Help
My legs are in a dreadful state after the winter - very dry, pale and flabby (although I lost weight). I need to get them in a decent state for the summer. I am very immobile so can only do exercises sat down and have sensitive skin too.

I would really appreciate any tips or ideas for firming up, getting rid of saggy skin/ cellulite, moisturising and getting some colour on my legs.

Many thanks x
I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.

I'm not sure what exercises you can do sitting down but with regard to moisturising D0ve Visible Effects is really good. I bought some today as it's going to take a good few months to get my legs in a state fit to be seen in public:eek:

I also make up a sugar scrub that I use all over in the bath:-
2 tbsp sugar, 2tbsp olive oil, 1/2 tsp salt - mix the whole lot together in a small bowl and use in the shower or bath. The sugar will dissolve easily so there's no gritty bits left in the bath and the olive oil leaves your skin wonderfully moisturised. I do this twice a week.

Polesalot said virtually everything that I was going to suggest! :T

A sugar scrub is so much gentler than a salt one, and the oil leaves the skin glowing.

I like to use Dove body cream that has an added self-tan - make sure you scrub beforehand.
