urgent help needed

I entered a comp on here possibly December (I know seems a long time ago)anyway got a email on 3rd of Jan telling me unfortunately I hadn't won the main prize but was a runner up and would get a smaller prize.They told me to email them back with my details within the next 5or 6 (can't remember and saved email won't let me access original message properly:mad: )days and the prize would be sent out.So I replied within 24hours and patiently waited......and waited and waited emailed them several times at several different email addresses and never got any reply,ohh and they don't answer there phone either.Looked for advice on here and decided to contact ipm who transferred it to ASA who are looking into it but need more info. I know of at least one more person on this site was also a runner up but can't remember who:(
The help I need is does anyone know of a comp December timeish possibly called Dermalogica Help comp and who ran it?ASA are wanting this info but as I said before I cannot access even their original email properly,but it does say in the header of the email"the help competition-you are the runner up!"
Any help anyone can give me is much appreciated:)

Hi,
there is a search facility on the competition board- click on the link titled 'search this forum' at the top right of the threads and go to 'advanced search'. From here you can type in key words from the competition and see the various comps that have been posted with those key words in.
I did a search for 'Dermalogica' and 'Dermalogica Help' for you and quite a few came up, several of which ended in october-december last year... maybe if you did the same you could then look through each one and see if any look familiar.

I was also a runner up in this comp and hadn't received my Dermalogica kit which was one of the runner up prizes. I emailed and emailed and no response. I actually emailed Dermalogica direct in the end and they responded and I received my runner up prize last weekend. Hope you receive yours soon too x
