hi, anyone used wester union as a payment to a company abroad?
am i covered for fraud or dispute by my bank if i use my cc to pay via western union?

Quick answer:- NO!!
You will not be covered, if you don't trust them don't do it. With Western Union all you are doing is transferring cash from point A to point B.0 -
WU payment on credit card is normally considered the same as a cash advance, so, no, you wont be covered. Never send Wu payment to anybody you don't know - no reputable company would request payment this way."You were only supposed to blow the bl**dy doors off!!"0
