Hi all

Me and my wife have just applied for mortgage through our broker on monday for a mortgage with nat west.
Purchase Price £150000
Depoist £45000from sale of our property so ltv about 66%.
Have paid the valuation fee and know they require payslips prove of address and signature.Once they have all this was just wondering how long we would expect to wait for the outcome.
Any answers would be gratefully received.

Hi - Natwest are pretty good in their administration and would expect you to get a full offer within 7-10 days subject to everything being ok.

    Good luck...

I've just done a remortgage with NatWest.

Keyed it on 7 February and had to obtain further docs from client which they didn't have available on the day. Faxed them to NatWest on 20 Feb and it was offered on 23 Feb.
