Rotary Clothes Dryer with wind up handle

Hi My mom has not got the strength to erect the outside rotary clothes airer anymore.

Is there any such thing as a rotary clothes airer that is erected by turning a handle or such like?

ive got one similar to this and its great, just load it up and turn the handle .

I've got one. Think it came from Argos, probably about 8 or 9 years ago. Only problem is you need to leave it in place all the time as it's quite difficult to get it into the "up" position in the first place. As long as you don't mind the line being left in its' normal position it's really good. However if you want to take it down each time then it's no better than a cheaper rotary line.
