Fake OPI nail polish from an official looking site?

After looking for the super sparkly 'Rainbow Connection' shade from the Muppets range I stumbled across a site called OOPZ -OPI (from an eBay ad link at the bottom of the page) and was surprised (and OK, ever so slightly suspicious) that this very impressive looking site claiming to supply only authentic OPI had the polish in stock, at £8.78 plus postage. It seems to be selling for at least £17 and much more in some cases in the very few places that still have stock. I ordered one, received an order confirmation and it duly arrived in a couple of days.
It looked slightly suspect on arrival, but I spent a few hours checking out how to spot fakes online, and compared it to other OPI polishes that I have (from reputable sources). The one from Oopz Opi is in my opinion, most definitely not authentic. Fortunately I paid with PayPal (payment went to an individual's name which I can't pronounce, not the site name) so am seeking a refund and will alert Trading Standards when I can identify the relevant branch (has to be the nearest one to the trader apparently).
Hope this helps someone else who may be tempted by the sparkle, price and availability!

Oopz-Opi didn't argue my (detailed) 'fake item' Paypal dispute and agreed to refund within 2 hours of the dispute being opened. Speaks volumes?!0
