endowment sale offer

I've recently gone down the road of selling my endowment policy.I've had a few quotes through, the best(by around £2000) is with a company called Integrity.
I have read in the past that their offers are subject to them finding a buyer, speaking to them on the phone, they say the offer is what i will get & is not relying on a buyer to bid upto that amount.
Has anyone had any dealings with this firm? Thanks.

  • Why dont you get them to confirm this in writing first before you proceed?
  • have dealt with them in the past - at the time there offer was subject to them finding a buyer. you need to clarify this with them as it may take months for them to find one.

all things being (almost) equal I would always go down the cash buyer route.
