Is date of receipt of my FiT contract relevant to 4 March deadline?

I only now have to hand the FiT contract from Scottish & Southern Energy, showing an eligibility date of 15 Feb. If the Govt. loses its case in the Supreme Court, am I right in thinking that it is the 15 Feb date that will qualify me for the higher rate, even if they receive the signed contract next week?

Afternoon KS, registration date should be the 15/2/12, mine was mid August, but I didn't receive the contract till end of October (EDF!), but date still set as the date they register the application as being with them.
If the govt loses its case then you should hopefully be safe, however you have got a long wait, and the government may try other challenges. Could be quite a while before you and the rest of us know what is happening. Unless of course the govt withdraws now that the 3rd has arrived. Wishful thinking? Probably.

Well it would save valuable tax payers money on a potential case they're not likely to win. How many judges need to tell them their actions were illegal before they finally listen and move onwards?16 x 250W JA Solar Panels (JAM6-60-250) : Fronius IG TL 3.6 Inverter : South Facing : 28 Degree Pitch : No Shading : Manchester M460 -

Sorry, it's the T&C's you're talking about. I wrongly assumed it was the FiT application.16 x 250W JA Solar Panels (JAM6-60-250) : Fronius IG TL 3.6 Inverter : South Facing : 28 Degree Pitch : No Shading : Manchester M460
