Hi i dont know if i am posting in the right place but i just wondered if anyone could help me please! Today I got ccj letter in the post about an old catalogue I use to have but I was just wondering how it would stand if I hadnt signed a credit aggrement with the company and how would I find out if I hadnt sigend one! Any help would be grately appreciated!!

What do you man by a "CCJ letter"?

A letter threatening a CCJ?

Or an actual claim form and response pack from the court?

...and how old is this debt? Is it more than 6 years since you made a payment or wrote to them about it?
