Looking at remortgaging, LTV is 85% - what does anyone recommend?

I have been looking at Yorkshire bank - no fees.

i suppose it depends what you're after but I have just got one with the Woolwich. 3.98% fixed until 31.12.2013. No fees + £300 cashback.
