What is really bugging me at the moment is that I post on here everyday and don't want to cause any bad feeling, I just made one factual post this morning which I felt was fine. Now Baileys who only ever comes on and posts about FB, decides to come on posting humungously long posts and causing chaos. Just my opinion;)

i love this thread as its usually full of helpful friendly advice, tips, and bargains!

Today, not only has the sun reared its head but also a lot of ugly comments.....and the hyprocrisy of some people on here is unbelievable!

Baileys - first and foremost, your posts about the FB group being open is complete tosh - its not open, it is invite only - it cannot be found by searching FB and only you and the other admin, who incidentally for those who dont know is Caz, can accept their 'membership'.

Secondly, your posts about people being deleted by a previous person and that those affected could simply message you to be reinstated, is again tosh - I messaged you after being deleted for no reason - you didnt reply, I messaged you again, you didnt reply, I then mentioned it on here to you when the subject was raised, and again you said people could request to join - yet with no explanation, you wouldnt accept me back!!!

Luckily, I'm friends with Lala and am one of the moles....so can see easily whats been going on over there...and the comments made.

Thirdly, you mentioned that you have told members of your group that they should keep their head down...strange, I vividly remember Caz kicking up a bit of a stink on the FB group about how Nikkilala should be proud to be on there and should tell everyone on MSE she was on it...why she should do this when no one else was ever under pressure to come clean on here I dont know.

The original group you set up was still accessible by Nikkilala, but the second secret group wasnt - now no one has removed her account from the group, other than the 2 admin - which is either you or Caz...as you blatantly deny you have done this, then that leaves Caz.

I'm not bothered in the slightest about you guys putting your own stuff on FB and not on here, we know you lurk, and certainly a few of the others over on FB lurk too ....nothing we can do to stop that unfortunately...just a shame that a supportive group has turned out this way.

Theres always been debate on here over nailing DTD and clearing shelves etc as to whether this is the right thing to do or by nailing DTD its a sure fire way to get it pulled.....but Baileys and Caz make me laugh - you have both posted at times about the excessive DTDs you have got and taken full advantage of, as well as the hoards of stuff you have got......My personal opinion, yep, go ahead and nail DTD while it lasts, and always take what you need in a glitch....but dont be a god damned hypocrite over it.....coming on here playing the innocent and having a go at those who get a few DTDs!!!!

Like I said, I love this thread...and have made some very good cyber buddies and real life buddies through it.....and now I have see I have also 'found' people I cannot trust, and have no desire to befreind, cyber or otherwise.

The innocent people in all this are the good people who post their bargains, glitches etc in good faith that it will be reciprocated by those who read the thread....not taken, shared
with mates, and nothing given back.

I hope Baileys and Caz are happy with the upset they have both yet again caused on this thread (remember when Caz removed Locarr and Baileys denied any knowledge).....hopefully the people on FB will stay over there, then if you all lurk and dont come on here, there can be no repeat problems like this.

I'm pooped. Just painted the porch, scrubbed my path on my knees with a bucket n hand scrub brush, repotted some plants and stripped the beds.
No wonder I am flagging now, just realised I've only eaten a sliver of cake with a cuppa this morning. I'm famished! In my haste to make the most of a glorious day, I forgot about breakfast:eek:

So glad I've ticked some boxes this morning on my SSM to do list!

Hope you guys are getting yer pizza fingers (thanks op), cheese, wrights, butter n marg in while the going is good.

I'll be going after tea as I am decorating all afternoon now as soon as I've eaten something nourishing.

good morning shopping for me, from champagne , easter eggs, fairy, toothpastes, mothers day reduced stock, bogofs, bread mix, normal bits and bobs etc... got a total bill off £129.97
used £12.03 price checker voucher
coupons of £19.60
£3 spend of £30
bogofs £21.20
total £74.14 but off course overcharge on champagne ty op... (nicolas feuillatte ) £60 back on dtd's....so grand total £14.14

You see, the problem I have, its propane gas, and the bottle is buried down under the path outside the house. The only person that can turn it off is my OH, I cant reach it.. and he works 1 1/2 drive from home... If I can make it until 7 PM tonight when he gets home, it'll be ok as he'll be able to disconnect the bottle from the hob..

I don't really know anything about gas. I just know that when I could smell it coming in our bedroom window my OH called that number and they came to check it pretty much straight away. It turned out that there was a leak but it wasn't coming from us but the flat above us and they fixed it there and then and put a card through my neighbours door to let them know.

If you could just post on the hour every hour just so we know you're still ok that would be great! :rotfl:

wow! thats great! I dont drink at home so never really buy wine or champers so always forget to look at the SELs and DTD for them....still it leaves it for someone else to get, while I scour the toys!!!!
