Just caught up and now its time I went to bed, just wanted to say

Sorry to hear of your sad news FloFlo, sending love and hugs to you and your family.

Nikki, your son is very talented, not only a genius at maths but an ace cake maker as well, you must be so proud.

3Dogs, so pleased to hear that Mr3Dogs is feeling more comfortable following the op and is getting some appetite back. My FIL had the same op 2 years ago and I know the adjustments that you are having to make, love to both of you.

HC, please don't disappear you are one of the main reasons that people use this thread and why for many weeks they did not let it go when you were is MSE jail. We all want you on here please come back.

MissLaid, love the humour and I look forward to hearing your christening suggestions I am sure that Leenie won't mind if they outclass the wedding :D

Sorry if I have missed anyone, night all
If it wasn't for blinds it'd be curtains for all of us:dance:

shut up and stop being a queen :D

if it were not for redfox's extensive efforts you would still be banned

do not bite the hand that feeds

do not get me wrong either

realize that the HC guides take much time and effort

you have to realize that RF has to enforce the rules

other board guides would have lost patience by now...

Frequent i think you have got the wrong end of the stick here - RedFox has said she didn't delete HC's post, it was removed by a member of the FT (forum team i believe)

I personally think that if there was a problem with it they should have contacted HC so he could rectify it so it was suitable, but just to delete it without even giving him a chance considering all the work he had put into it - imho is out of order, but as i said that is only MY opinion.

As for calling him a "queen" - joke or no joke - imho you are out of order :(

My mum passed away early hours yesterday morning, not sure how I'll face another st pats day or mothers day.

I have not been around much recently, but just saw this post and wanted to say I am so sorry to hear your news FloFlo :(

There are no words I can say to you, that will ease your sorrow or your pain.
But I hope that as each day goes by, you begin to see some sunshine through the rain.

Take the time to grieve your loss, and the time to shed a tear
But in this time remember, all the love and special things, that made your mum so dear.

Remember all the good times, all the fun you had and shared.
Remember all the love and pride she had for you, and just how much she cared.

Remember what you learnt from her, about being kind and strong and brave.
And remember all those words of wisdom, and good advice she gave.

Then take all these thoughts and memories and lock them safe away.
And carry them in your heart and mind, through each and every day.

And on the days when life seems just too hard, and your feeling really sad.
Try not to think what may be missing, but of the blessing that you had.

Wherever life may take you, through the good and bad days it may bring.
Remember she's always right by your side, through each and every thing.

Please take comfort from these memories, and love from your family and friends.
And remember you're in all our thoughts and prayers, and all the love this message sends.

Save and open the pdf, move the slider down so the coupon is in the center of your screen. If its a full A4 size page and you cant get the coupon centred, zoom out by using the + and - buttons on your tool bar

Hit the tools button...then 'select and zoom' and then 'snapshot tool'

Now with your mouse hold the left button down and drag out a square or rectange over the coupon, you'll see a blue box appear as you drag. Once done let go of the left mouse button and you get a message stating the selected area has been copied. Hit print and the print preview screen will show just the coupon ready to be printed. To the left of that theres a drop down box 'Page Scaling' select 'shrink to printable area' your coupon should now be in the centre of the page. Hit print job done... HTH

So sad to have finally caught up and find the thread in uproar :( I really don't know what to say. Redfox I think you do a fantastic job at keeping this thread inline with MSE rules in order for us to keep this little community of ours going. I agree with many others that we'd have been dead in the water a long time ago if somebody hadn't done such a sterling job so my sincere thanks to you and please please don't disappear on us.

Equally...Happy I'm so sorry that your post was deleted after you'd spent such a long time on it. I thought it was a fantastic guide and very helpful as I'm sure many others did too. Please please don't disappear on us either. You're the life and soul of this thread and we haven't long had you back. I know it's frustrating and at the moment it seems like a personal attack but if there's any justice, that won't be the case and hopefully by morning everything will have been resolved and the reasons uncovered (as Redfox suggested, perhaps a copyright issue?)

Please let it all be resolved, it's so horrid reading through everyone's upset when you consider the real life plight of some of the Elitest and the escapism that this thread should bring :A:A:A
It's just not a priority now, other things are more important at the moment. So on hold for the time being.

    Too right :j:D
My brother made us all dinner and I stupidly forgot about my reflux and took pepper sauce which leaves me in agony, I've got none of my meds left because someone's been helping themselves  so have to make do with rennie which only helps for an hour at a time, I think I'll be up most of the night now :(

:(:(:( Sorry you've have a bit of a dampner put on an otherwise lovely day SpiralingDown, hope it's not as bad as you think it might be and you're not suffering :Axx

To be fair we all know the moderating team shoot from the hip and ask questions afterwards. HC is under close scrutiny and rightly or wrongly probably has to be seen to be cleaner than clean............not sure I agree with that, but sadly its the way of the world, same old situation of a burglar always presumed guilty of another burglary even if he was off on his jollies is darkest peru at the time.

As for the queen remark...........I thought it was quite whitty....drama queen remark aimed at a gay man. I reckon HC is chortling behind his sofa. :D

HC will be back. Just like redfox last night, its words said in the heat of the moment thats all. :)

Frequent just listened to your tune - words are good but not really my type of music. I really do hope as you say HC takes it on the chin, but i don't believe he should have to as i get the feeling he is feeling got at; at the moment - so any dig no matter whether meant or not as a joke, it was will feel exagerated and very personal. I would just hate to lose him again as i believe he benefits us as much as we benefit him - maybe thats just me being selfish - i don't know but we all have needs and HC fills a lot of those needs in myself and my personality and i believe for a lot of other people on here also .

I am due to collect her belongings from the hospital tomorrow which is why I haven't gone to bed yet, don't want morning to come.
