The pictures you post are quite often (although not always) too large. Then they get quoted and quoted again and again with subsequent posts which causes the problem to go on page after page sometimes. If they are too big they might get deleted.

If that bothers anybody then I'm sorry but we do have to keep the forum flowing smoothly for everyone. But it's only a picture deletion, it's not the end of the world! It's not a conspiracy, it's not a vendetta against anyone in particular and it's certainly not personal. It's just a picture deletion!

So please don't post oversize pictures and please, please, please when you are replying to a post with a large picture in, don't quote the picture part. You can edit it out of the quoted text before you reply.

But it wasn't just pictures of mine that got deleted. My whole guide on using the iPhone/iPod Touch Photobucket app has been deleted. I spent a lot of time and effort on that guide and the whole thing has now gone. I wasn't even given the opportunity to correct whatever was wrong. I think the problem was the pic within a pic and someone reported it rather than PM me or let me know on the thread that it wasn't suitable to give me the opportunity to correct it.

Obviously someone on here has taken a strong disliking to me and I would just like to say to them, congratulations, you've won!:T

Just need to correct you on this, Happychappy isnt sulking because of the starting off a new thread.It's because he always offers brilliant advice and is always the first to help with good techie advice/phone advice. Last night he put a lot of hard work and effort in to making a step by step guide to uploading pics to the forum using the photobucket for iPhone/iPod Touch app he posted it on here, and now the whole thing has been deleted. Obviously it was a casualty of the "Too large image" cull. He realised it when he went to sort out the new thread.
So that's why "He threw his toys out of his pram" :(He wouldnt sulk lightly!
