Also re the new thread i agree with FK, no disrespect to HC and no problem if no-one else volunteers but I wondered if we could have a sort of oscars type ceremony at the end of each thread to thank and remember the big glitches and contributors to that thread.

I'm finally managing to stay up to speed

Been really busy since yesterday morning when I went to my first SW meeting I stocked up on loads of healthy food and been busy cooking and searching for new food ideas... I will miss my chocolate and coffee with lots of full fat milk big time but I'm so optimistic and motivated I'm gonna stick to it and see how it goes... Bf is :eek: at how much I'm eating(he's now forced to eat the same but with his usual snacks and some added extras like butter, mayo, more bread/musli etc. as he was actually afraid HE will loose weight :rotfl:)
I remember someone saying they've got lots of nice SW recipes and I'd be grateful for them(pm please) :A:A:A
Soo good I'm not working for the next 3 weeks so I can get into it properly and work out how to manage it when I have to go to work too

Going to T again tomorrow, need an electric handmixer(for making SW desserts ), kitchen scales(never managed them as 'foot spa' ) and some other bits I forgot to get...
Of course will have a look at the sels for Mr T if they had any trouble changing them

I've mentioned the problem with oversized images before on the thread, and asked if you could keep the images small but there have been several oversize ones again of late. Once again please can you keep the images small or they will probably be removed if they distort the forum width and make viewing difficult for people. Thanks.
