Still catching up, about 10 pages behind at the mo

For those that are getting told there HC codes have already been used.. I had this prob

Basically the SA doesnt know how to enter the details correctly they tried twice and told me id already used it which wasnt true.. Manager came over who knew what todo, he entered the details again, showed SA the correct way to process it and it went through fine on the third attempt..
