I know, I've got the same problem. I won an extra thick egg and the Easter Sleekster and it looks lovely....just hope the substitute will be as good!

I think the T&Cs state that subject to availability and if the item is not available they will give you something of equal or higher value (or words to that effect). HTH

I must be nuts....here I am about to go on holiday away from it all and all I can think about is the fact that I'm gonna be missing the 90% off toy sale!! And how gutted I am that can't use the new price flop vouchers lol
