I think the other nappy glitch might be at normal Tesco stores...just an idea, as I think it was reported from one of them that it was from a normal t's...so tempted to go out and try, but my OH may kill me if I do..and I'd hate a wasted trip.0

I am having a terrible week for finding xmas stock that is not yet reduced to 1p (or even close). Check out what I saw today
The one on the left is cleeeeeeaaaaarly xmas stock, has a different bc to the one on the right and has a different bc to the yellow SEL. As I walked to the price checker I thought this was sure to be a jackpot moment
But does it scan at 1p? No it scans at £6.00!! I was gutted because I found about 20 of these boxes. They are BB 30/6/12 so heres hoping they get reduced soon. Since they are a unique barcode from the current product which is good until 31/12/12 they have to know these xmas ones are almost up. Anyone else want to help me keep an eye out for the price dropping?
I also found about 4 full clip strips of Cadbury Wishes. I remember these were on a 4 for £1 clearance offer with My Purple Bars before MPB went to 1p. But are the Wishes 1p yet? No, still 65p!! I'll still check these whenever I can as I suspect they will go to 1p soon enough
And has ANYONE in Glasgow found the cheese anywhere? I've not seen one single pack or empty shelf in any store. I just dont think its stocked up here.
Still, today was not a completely wasted day. I got more than 300 nappies for less than £20 thanks to the Active Fit glitch and the use of MOCs
I also did my good deed and pointed out to shoppers in Sh3ttle5ton that MPB are 1p. They had loads on the shelf next to the sandwich chiller but no SEL to speak of.Apparently, everybody knows that the bird is [strike]the word[/strike] a moorhen0 -
Had another great whoopsie shop, almost 50 quids worth of fresh meat for £9.20!!:D
got pork joint, chicken fillets, whole chicken, steak and lamb shanks!:j
Could have got more but no more room in freezer:o!
Used a wombled £7 off £50 condition spend too!:T"He that lieth down with dogs shall rise up with fleas" Benjamin Franklin
