Good afternoon - been to the docs this morning as I pulled a muscle in my back last Saturday and have done all the usual stuff taking Ibuprofen tabs and using ibuprofen gel and ice packs on the area but the muscle spasms have got worse and I have tried sleeping sitting up on the sofa for the last two nights - the doc has prescribed me Diazepam and warned me they can make me drowsy so I thought I wouldn't take my first one till I have collected DD from school but the pharmacy have scared me a little they asked if I had taken them before as they are very strong and I have just read the leaflet and it sounds quite scary - anyone taken this and had any nasty side-effects

I took these a couple of years ago for muscle spasm after a car accident, started on 2mg and was fine, 5mg made me a little drowsy, but nothing major. Did the job too eventually. Hope they work for you, I think everyone's different when it comes to side effects.

Quick one to confirm the lurpak butter. Bought 4 packs at £1.60, 2 for £2 offers kicked in then £1 off from price flop. Paid £2.50 for four packs

Although they did confirm it was £3 for 4 packs with the coupon not £2.50

    I've been Money Tipped!
    :)Good afternoon all,
I havn't been able to check in for a while so I have no idea what is happening. We have a very nice new Sainsburys in town and its huge:D
T's seems to be scared, I've never seen so many ads in the local paper. The best bit is until they all settle down the whoopsies are brilliant. My freezer is bursting and its virtually all meat and fish:D Last night I got a Guinea fowl and a duck for £4.60 instead of £26.50 ! amongst other things at Waitrose. Total shop sould have been over £105 but cost £22. I'm so chuffed but have to cook both duck and guinea fowl today and any tips and what to do with left overs would be welcome. Theres only the 2 of us and no room in the freezer:eek: Thanks in advance :)

Thanks for posting the LTS link, its given me some food for thought :-)

Just found out that the work in my house is going to go well into next week too. I am not the happiest of QoC's right now :-(

Sorry to go on, especially when I know that people here have actual problems to worry about.

*wonders if hotels take IOU LTS vouchers?*

To stop Facebook notifications from being sent to your phone, you can
simply text "Off" (without quotation marks) to
the number that you send your status updates to. You will receive a text message
back confirming that Facebook texts are now off
    .

    Might be worth a shot??

I had to respond to a number of texts with this preceded by something else to stop unsolicited txts!!;)

Very strange - I am not very good with fb so hopefully someone else will be along and can advise better if it continues

    Try this....

    1. Click the arrow on the top right hand side of the page (Near home and your name)

    2. Go to privacy settings

    3. Edit settings on apps & websites

    4. On the SSM apps click edit settings

    5. On the left hand side of the page you have a list like so..

    general
    security
    etc
    etc...

    Click on mobile

If your mobile No is there, delete it.... You dont need a mobile No on facebook anyway, it isnt something I would advise..

Try that to see if it works...
