Just saw this on hukd
Hi Picked up a pair of trainers for my daughter at Bloombields Tesco store in Bangor they were reduced to £10 but scanned at £1. There was a full peg of them. I bought size 2 but scanned other sizes out of interest and they were £1 too.
Thanks to OP savo

Had to laugh at someone saying their lastest stash was living on the stairs. I found more of the J2O drinks at the weekend and stocked up. Unfortunately after filing every other gap I have, there are 10+ 4 packs sitting at the bottom of the stairs.
Just as I start getting a crate run down it gets filled again with another glitch. Case in question, managed to run down a crate in the kitchen full of RTC baby food. As soon as it was empty I had to put all the Glade & Air Wick stuff in it!
I need a new house - not for me you understand, just for my glitches lol
J2O glitch? Ive missed that one completely, any details? Also theres a pile of TCO honeycomb in my local will they scan at 1p? anyone have a bc for them & the Temptations please0 -

How much reduced were the joints you were looking at and was anyone still on the deli counter? I have become quite friendly with the chap on my local deli and provided its not silly early he will usually knock it right down if its in the right time window so to speak.
Some stores though are very reluctant to reduce stuff (some even deliberately dont do it so theres loads left for the staff to have for pence) so it might be worth scouting another store or two.
HTH
The joints were only reduced by about 25%. I wonder if I just got my dates mixed up and was waiting out on them reducing stuff that doesn't go out of date til today/tomorrow maybe. Think i'm gonna give it a break for a few nights and reclaim some early nights! Will defo try to befriend the deli guys! He/she wasn't around last night tho. Think next time I go I might do a stop off at Asda first. Think they whoopsy a bit earlier than T's so may have some luck in at least one store. Thanks loads for the advice:)

Good afternoon - been to the docs this morning as I pulled a muscle in my back last Saturday and have done all the usual stuff taking Ibuprofen tabs and using ibuprofen gel and ice packs on the area but the muscle spasms have got worse and I have tried sleeping sitting up on the sofa for the last two nights - the doc has prescribed me Diazepam and warned me they can make me drowsy so I thought I wouldn't take my first one till I have collected DD from school but the pharmacy have scared me a little they asked if I had taken them before as they are very strong and I have just read the leaflet and it sounds quite scary - anyone taken this and had any nasty side-effectstigerwhite wrote: »
I'm pregnant and went for my 12 week scan yesterday - to be told I'm actually 16 weeks. Thought i was feeling a bit too porky and growing fast!!

If you are going to N£wton A88ot T's it's out of town on the way to Kingsteignton.
There is a scanner upstairs in the childrens clothing.
I found lots of the BPO and 3 boxes of them too but no other chocs when I was there on Monday.
There is an Express just a bit further up the road next to Lidl's car park. Not tried there so can't tell you if it's any good
Torquay has a Metro in the Town centre in which I've never found anything Ever!!
Lot's of Expresses dotted around Torquay, the biggest probably is at the top of the town opposite the entrance to the library....just around the corner from the Town Hall
Paignton has a small Metro...in the Town centre and an Express in Preston (between Paignton and Torquay.
Not tried either of these for chocs....but am going into towm later so might pop in.
HTH.....Good luck!!
Ahh all this talk of Torquay is making me want to visit - hubs family is in Torquay so we have spent many lovely holidays there - hope to pop down later in the yearmymerrywidow wrote: »Why.....do Tesco's make the sick walk all the way to the back of the store to get their prescriptions while healthy people can buy cigarettes at the front.

Now that you've smiled at least once, it's your turn to spread the stupidity and send this to someone you want to bring a smile to(may be even a chuckle)....in other words, send it to everyone. We all need to smile every once in a while.

I've taken 2 and 5 mg but I take them as anti anxiety pills as and when I need them. I've never had any side effects and they don't really make you drowsy ( although could affect people differently)0 -
