no bookie was correct as it was not a handycap.so you should have won,
i'd call the bookie and ask for explanation
they do get it wrong sometimes
zippy, your bet was good if you didn't do a double
the temptation of extra winnings
2 single bets would have been better
the 1st messed up the 2nd
concerning my bet. i thought i got away with that one. looks like i did need you after all.:D0 -
French_Knickers wrote: »Went for some whoopsies tonight and did very well which was a first in ages! Got 2 kilos of caserole steak off the fresh deli for £3.80, a carrier bag full of prepacked lamb, mince, rump steaks, sausages etc etc and a carrier bag full of fresh salad stuff, mushrooms etc all for £6 and the guy on fresh deli had a load of 'scrag ends' (his description) of fillet steak (16oz in total) which he did me for £1.66. I had a 10 off 30 spend and save so had a look up the spirit aisle and found this on offer down from 32 quid to 24 (23 in asda lol).

Once unpacked the steak looked really lean and nice so decided to have it tonight.....seemd a shame to freeze it and I was hungry.
Thats a dinner plate by the way, not a side plate. The plate I eat off is a large oval serving plate hehehehehehe.
Diner was then served. Best steak I've had in a long long time. Pink in the middle but fell to bits. Cat enjoyed it too!!!

I see you are paying no heed to the latest medical studies on eating too much red meat FK:rotfl::rotfl:Awaiting a new sig0 -

Im only just working my way rund it, but trying to favourite those who's name I recognise from here! Can anyone give me some advice?
To those whom i have noticed have toothache, until you get to the dentist, get to boots and ask at the pharmacy for the ora-gel stuff, its brilliant for abcesses and toothache, sorted me right out!
Thanks
