I've only been to Brynmawr a couple of times in my life. I know what wimberries are but I have never eaten one because whenever you find them there always lots of sheep droppings around! Will you be using them when you make the desserts for the wedding? The wimberries that is, not the sheep droppings!
Where can you buy bilberries these days? Mam used to make billberry pie quite often and although we have them on the North York Moors I'm sure she didn't go out and pick them for Sunday tea:rotfl: As most of our shopping used to be delivered in a cardboard box from the local Co-Op I assume they came from there. I had a hankering a little while ago to get some and make a "childhood memory" pie. I have asked in the local supermarkets but I just get blank looks or someone saying "Oh you must mean Blueberries!"Awaiting a new sig0 -

That was quite possibly the funiest catch up in ages!
Loving all the wedding planning. Miss Laid, words fail me. You're an inspiration
No T's for me today. Leaving my 1p chocolate hunt for another couple of weeks, seems to take these items a long time to make their way to the Highlands :rotfl:...those who mind don't matter, and those who matter don't mind.
