Yes that what the lady from Santander told me. She said the 60p was a test Debit. Damn shame they did not block the 274.16, 207.41, 267.14, 273.12 and the 153.69 debits yesterday. Especially as 2 of them went through within 5 minutes of each other and were both to Insurance companies!0 -

That's exactly what I went in to town to have a look at today.
The guy demonstrated it and he's keeping the last one back for me to collect in the morning.
I have been seriously thinking about an ipad or galaxy tablet or similar for a while.....and whilst this is not in the same league, it looks like it does more than enough for my needs.
You can download apps onto it, it comes with a charger and the best thing about Kobo's is that you can download books FOC from your library, which you can't do with a Kindle.
I'm going to get one....at the end of the day it's free and there's nothing much else I'd spend the vouchers on for myself so would probably have ended up giving them to the kids.My husband says he will leave me if I don't stop shopping......... God I will miss that man.0 -
Be careful wearing it on your new bike as you may get it tangled in the chain
 That explains a lot. We do mobile top ups & many a time the card is declined, then the customer gets another card out, & another card
:eek:Surely getting card after card out is only going to draw suspicion to themselves.:rotfl:
The manager said since 'chip n pin' came in they have no excuse to get hold of the cards and see if the name on the card matches a Nigerian person or someone that speaks Polish etc. He said when they had to physically handle the cards they could see that the big Nigerian wasn't Susie Phelps or whatever. 'Chip n Pin' has it's advantages but also has a lot of disadvantages.0 -

Hope everyone is having a good day
Right, I have decided that to further my pursuit of money saving I need to A) invest in a printer andjoin facebook - yes yes I know I am very behind the times (even my mum and dad are on it!! :rotfl:), anyhow I now see it has many advantages!!
So is anybody able to recommend a cheap but decent printer?? It doesn't have to be fancy, it will only be for [STRIKE]coupon[/STRIKE] home use. I've know a couple of people have mentioned a particular one recently that there was a deal on HUKD??
I've seen a wireless one in mr T's, sorry not much info but its an Epson wireless and its on offer from £99.99 (i think) to £39.99. The SEL says offer expired on 28 Feb but I'm sure they must have extended the offer as big A4 signs, but if I was to get DTD that would be a bonus!!
Any advice would be much appreciated, TIA
Don't get an Epson if you're planning on refilling the cartridges or selling the empty ones to make some money/ClubCard points as they are not compatible for this.:(0
