I totally agree. I don't want to have to scroll back up to the top of a post to see who wrote it when I get to the end.

It seems a pointless change - changes for changes sake.

I may have suggested that as a change :o I had good reason though. The new forum skin leaves so much white space that when it came to the 'Thank' bar below a post, it was unreadable. Since then I have discovered a nice Firefox add-on that allows me to hide the widgets beside the posts. My forum page is now 95% of the screen and sooooooooooo much easier to read!

They have asked me for my address so that they can post my San Miguel voucher to me. I don't know why, I didn't ask them to.

I emailed them earlier and got the same message... Don't think I actually won one but they are kindly sending me a voucher anyway..:D

  • btw, if anyone fancies some mind training games and do their bit for charity as well, try http://graduate.barclayscapital.com/ and click on multipuzzle mindmap (right hand side, at the very bottom) play the game and when you are donw, it will ask you if you'd like to register. just skip that step and you can then choose a charity of your choice to donate the points to.

    Thanks

Why doesn't he want you to have free/cheap stuff?

    Exactly FREE!!!!

I've been telling my cousin exactly the same ... but she says she only pays pence anyway from the Pound shop and can't see the point of it all. She's a recent lurker and may see this ... so just basically get your printer fixed/seen to and join the club!!! You know who you are!!!

Am feeling very upset this evening, just heard through a mutual friend that the guy who's looking after my dogs literally has no money left and had to go and pawn the only thing of value he has left - his wedding ring. JSA have mucked his payments up yet again! They seem to do this every few months on him even though he turns up on time for his appointments, makes me so angry!!!
He won't talk to me about it because I'm paying him to look after my babies and leant him money at Xmas and told him not to pay me it back unless he wins loads on the lottery. He feels he's let everyone down but we explain to him how much he has helped me and my son know our babies are being looked after in a home environment and not cooped up in a kennel for most of the day. He also fosters dogs (should say failed fosterer cause he's kept the ones he took on), he lost his job through 'restructuring' and has felt this way for the past 9 months.
Hopefully he finds the little surprise I left for him this evening, enough food to do the dogs and cats for a couple of weeks, hopefully, along with cleaning stuff. I'll turn up tomorrow with more food for themselves and hopefully it'll tide them over until he gets his JSA sorted yet again!
