I may be wrong but I thought the scroll bar at the bottom only appeared when there was something on the page like a large picture which meant you might have to scroll across.

There isn't anything large on this page at the moment so I have no bar but wouldn't expect to.

It's the scroll bar where you can scroll left and right.

I can't scroll right to see the info to the far right of the screen. On FB I can't scroll right to click on newsfeed. The furthest right I can at the top is my profile name.
