Oooh I got what you mean now... its a little early in the morning and my brain isn't in gear yet!

Poor you PF - Many years ago someone gave me some great advice which I use regularly: "Kill them with kindness" Took me a while to mature enough to use it, but believe me, it takes the wind out of sails, and deflates any misunderstandings!
