Thank-you to whoever mentioned DTD on the batteries. Went shopping last night and saw a huge display box of batteries in the toy aisle with BOGOF written on the sides and top. I got 6 packs. Went to CS and showed the assistant the box.
She called a manager who said 'I will give you a refund and sell them back to you at BOGOF'. I mentioned DTD and he then said ' we have a bulk purchase policy that limits you to buying 3 of any item'.
I told him that I only intended to buy 3 packs and the other 3 packs should have been free according to the display box and asked him to show me in writing the bulk buy policy. He obviously couldn't.
He then said that the till assistant should not have sold me 6 packs so DTD not apply.
So I asked him why so many people in the store obviously get things wrong... with wrong prices on display, selling too many of an item and himself not knowing company policies.
He then said begrudgingly 'you can have DTD on this occasion as a good will gesture'. I replied ' thank-you...by the way your tie would look better with a plain shirt rather than stripped. (patterned tie with dragons, daffodils and leaks and red and navy stripped shirt).

My £10 and £15 L2S vouchers say redeemed. Still waiting on the other vouchers and the goody bags.

In which case they should display a notice somewhere, when the Andrex 2 for £3.50 glitch was on I was told bulk purchasing was limited to 10 per customer, okay I said put it through as 2 transactions. Too complicated for SA just put it all through

Yeah shiny new thread....Well whoever listed the chicken strips dtd on last thread THANKYOU.

They were all on offer in end ailse, chicken goujons, chicken popcorn etc sel £2 label on packet £2, went to normal ailse and saw Breaded chicken STRIPS no sel, sticker on for £2 so scanned them and yeah £4, got 3 packs for FOC:j:j:j

BARCODE 879991 in fridges ailse

and met a friend of martins at the till with loads of coupons, poor sa then had me next

I got a £88 shop for £58 and then my click and collect order (cat food) from £55 down to £36...good monthly food shop and returned my duracell as golden !!!

Mu busy bee voucher has been redeemed ( havign been so upset last night wehn my love to shop was not due to spam!!!)

I have never ever ever won anythign in my life - not even a bubbly chocolate bar from Tesco so this is great.

Confession time .I just like reading this thread as everyone is so supportive of others and I am confined to the house most of the time through illness.Dont really have anything to contribute
