I went into town on my second shopping expedition today. I called into Superdrug as I had 3 of the £5 off Dettol No Touch Hand Wash system vouchers to use. I purchased 3 at £4.79 (one of the hydrating cucumber and 2 of the green tea and ginger) and also included a couple of radox shower gels which were reduced to 49p each. I was about to hand over my 3 vouchers and the SA said that's £10.66, so I quickly took one of my vouchers back. I thought that maybe she'd made a mistake and only scanned 2 but when I checked my receipt the hydrating cucumber splash unit had scanned at 10p. For some strange reason, it shows on the receipt as Dettol Refill. The bar code on the cucumber splash ended 2674 so it may be worth trying if near a Superdrug. She also took the full value of the coupon off which made my shower gels even cheaper. I went back in an hour later and used my last coupon, but they only had the green tea and ginger left so can't confirm that all the cucumber ones scan cheap.

I then went onto Boots and got half a dozen free Nice n Easy conditioners. She scanned them altogether but the till would only allow one coupon per transaction. She therefore voided the whole lot and was quite happy to put them through in 6 separate transactions.

I just assumed it might work somewhere else if they have the offer or your store just doesn't stock the 70p ones?

hmm 10p you say... :cool: I'm off to my superdrug tomorrow, will check the unit AND the refill if they have them used my coupons but 10p is a bit of a bargain in my books :cool:
