Hi all
I got the local paper this morning to see that they are giving away a pair of tickets for the Ideal Home Show (in Earls Court, London) to every reader.
If you log onto https://www.thisisgloucestershire.co.uk you will be able to get your free tickets.
It says that the tickets are for Mon-Fri but if you wanted to go at the weekend then you have to pay £5 to upgrade (which is a bargain anyway!).
Hope this helps someone!
Had to add that this offer is only available until midnight tonight.

Thanks for this link. I've applied for my 2 tickets and my mum has applied for 2 aswell (and neither of us live in Gloucestershire).

Thanks for this link I applied for 2 tickets and I live in Merseyside. The tickets arrived this morning. This means I can take my sister when I am visiting her later this month. This will be a bargain visit as I used the Daily Mail Virgin offer return trip for £15.00.

JP you are not alone as I couldn't find it either ... lol
I went to the Ideal Homw Show yesterday and for anybody who hasn't bought tickets yet, and has got to travel a long way to travel, read on ...
Last year it was 2 huge halls, previously it had been the halls plus the mezzanine floor, this year it is only one floor plus the mezzanine floor (2 big stands are taken up by Nissan alone!!). Last year you were given a nice reusable bag with guide etc plus another goody bag, this year a magzzine only plus a goody bag which has 4/5 samples in!! Freebies that stands gave out where almost non-existent, Overall a very disappointing show and judging by the comments of the staff manning the stands, they were of the same opinion.
However, I did have a nice time with my friend and this year spent nothing which pleased my oh (I did spend rather a lot last year but that was pre-planned). If you are going, I would suggest that you visit the Vitality Show next door (is on from 24:04 - I think) as you will have plenty of time to do both in a full day. Check what else is on so that you can combine visits and make your journey worth while.
I may go the to the Vitality Show but only if I can get discount tickets, so if anybody has a discount code, please let me know.
If you want to know anything further you can always PM me.

Hi Lindy-Lou, I got a free Vitality show ticket from here: http://www.girlssurvival.com/blog.html
Alternatively if you search this site you can get two for £20.
Hope that helps.Trying hard to remember... "Annual income twenty pounds, annual expenditure nineteen nineteen and six, result happiness. Annual income twenty pounds, annual expenditure twenty pounds ought and six, result misery." David Coperfield
