Buchanan Clark and Wells debt

Hi all,
I've been having a look through the threads but I'm not sure what to do next regarding my debt situation with 02 and Buchanan Clark and wells so hopefully someone can help me here.
It all started around 5 months ago after I used my mobile phone to buy stupid things for a video game (League of legends if you must know) and the total came to around £200.... I asked if I could pay 02 bit by bit and they agreed and knocked of £50 which was very nice of them but I've never heard anything from them since, until last week sort of.
Last week I got a letter saying I owe Buchanan Clark and Wells £168.63 and this week I got another letter saying "FINAL NOTICE" in red also saying if I fail to contact them I could go to court and pay more money
I'm not looking to make a sob story but I'm really unwell mentally the reason I baught that stuff with my mobile is because I was so low that buying virtual goods somewhat cheered me up and now it's backfired.
I'm seeing numerous Doctors and GPs about my mental health, I'm only allowed to get my medicine every week incase I overdose and kill myself, the Doctors said I'm far from ready for work so I have no idea how I am going to pay this...
If anyone could give me some advice it would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

Well, BCW won't be taking court action against you as they don't own the debt. They are just debt collectors working through their standard letters.
So don't get worried about what they say COULD happen.
If you contact them you will just encourage them to harass you.
If this is your only debt then it should be possible to get a plan together to save that amount over the next few months and pay it off in full.0 -
I have a friend who was in a similar situation, O2 claimed she owed some money (bit more than you!), she started getting some toilet paper from B C W, got worried, I just said to her "ignore it they will go away if you don't reply" and guess what? THEY DID. Three years on it's all forgotten.
No problemo.0
