Bensons for Beds

Im in the market for a new bed and have seen a bed we like the look and feel of in Bensons. However the stitching on the display model looks a little iffy and we are interested with any others customers views on the quality of the beds supplied by this retailler.

The bed we have in question is the astoria super kingsize divan.

As ive had a little mooch around this bed aint the cheapest I can find but I just wanna make sure the quality is okay as ive also read that some of the big players sell rubbish at over inflated prices.

I have also read about bensons bad customer service record so im looking to get the same bed from different supplier but its duifficult trying to cross match when bensons/sleepmaster/dreams all use there own unique names for beds.

Anyway the astoria in Bensons is made by Relyon and has 2400 pocket springs and a latex pillow top. I think ive found the same bed with Relyons own name on it Relyon Montpellier .

Can anyone cofirm or correct me ?

Well I finally took the plunge & ordered from Bensons couldnt justify the extra £1000 to buy same bed from independant.
Lucky for me not had to contact bensons for beds customer service and I hope it stays that way.
Unlike Virgin Holidays but that a different story as any MSE member who has had the misfortune to try to contact (after 12 options to receive a voice message) will confirm, that really is the worse level of customer service available known to man/woman.
