tried emailing them but my emails come back as not sent.
what is their email id? am i ok to email them using my hotmail account?

Hi
The bailiff has been ringing me everyday since Thursday and I don't know what to do. I have written to the council but have not had no reply as of yet. Should I write to equita too? I'm scared they will come and take the car.
Does anyone know how many times the bailiffs visit before they finally refer the case back to the council.
If ignore them long enough then will they give up and refer the file back to council. please can somebody help as I am really getting stressed now.

Try emailing [EMAIL="info@equita.co.uk"]info@equita.co.uk[/EMAIL]?

Why not set up another free account like yahoo and just use that for contacting them?

Can you text the bailiff? And tell her that you are challenging the fees because the car is HP?
