I had a quick google and found a help number given to someone else wanting to know their contact number - dynamix helpline number 0845610416. This person had just bought a new treadmill and that was the number in the instruction manual.0

Hi yes I found that thread too but they were unable to help but we have sorted it now my husband gas made a key so it's now working
