I got my one drawer (and a smaller drawer on top) filing cabinet for free from the back of the council offices (I did ask!)

That doesn't matter.

It was still public property and they shouldn't have disposed of it in such a manner.

Still displays the offer "Was £35 Now £17.50 Save £17.50" though - BLUEWKD did warn that they can go through at full price and you need to phone Tesco for the offer price.

I called them as I didn't realise until I had ordered and they issued a refund. There was no problem, they agreed it should be £17.50, but it's probably easier calling before you order though.
