New back door in Belfast

Hi

I'm looking to get my draughty old wooden back door replaced with a PVC one. Don't want to go to any of the PVC sales people as I only want a door and to get it installed, would much rather just pick up one in B&Q. Can anyone recommend a handyman for this (I live in East Belfast). Ideally someone who does a good job at a fair price and is reliable.

Cheers

  • Fairco were really good when I replaced a door, they are a family business, they used to have a shop in Ballyhackamore but not sure if its there now but they deffo have one on the Ravenhill.

Hi there. A white back door with a mid rail, panel or double safety glass top and bottom, six point lock is £365 all in inc installation. Internally glazed. Add £10 for obscure glass. PM me if you are still interested. Regards. Tommy

Quite a bit more unfortunately :(
Pressure of my kitchen installation date meant I didn't have a lot of time to shop around and the distraction of a new baby didn't help either! Front door's next but I'll take some a bit more to think that one through

We got our back door replaced by Down Window Systems for 450£ the other day if that helps. Even put in the cat flap for free.
