Terms and conditions

1. Open to all UK, CI, IoM and RoI residents except employees and the immediate families of VisitScotland, Ardanaiseig Hotel, Loch Visions Photography, Oban Chocolate, their agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.

2. Limited to one entry per household. No third party or bulk entries will be accepted.

3. Entrants must be over 18.

4. Draw closes 31.08.12.

7. All entries received will be entered into the prize draw to win the following: 1 x 4-night stay with breakfast at Ardanaiseig Hotel in a loch view room for two people, with a tasting menu served in the hotel restaurant consisting of seven courses for two people on two of the nights. 1 x one-day wildlife photography experience with Loch Visions Photography for two people and 1 x chocolate afternoon tea for two at Oban Chocolate consisting of two hot drinks of the winner’s choice, two pieces of cake, and a tasting plate each of 6 chocolate chosen from the loose chocolate cabinet.

8. The prize is subject to availability and must be taken in full by 28.02.13

9. No alternative will be offered to prize winners not able to take up any particular element of the prize as outlined.

10. The loch view room will be allocated if available, if not an alternative date can be chosen or a garden view room selected as an alternative

11. The prize does not include any transport, spending allowance, travel insurance or any other expenses.

12. All elements of the prize package are subject to availability, change and prize fund provider standard operator terms and conditions. The prize cannot be taken during the festive and holiday periods and is subject to availability.

13. The prize is as stated. No cash or other alternative prize is available, except that in the event of circumstances outwith its control, the promoter reserves the right to provide a similar prize of equal or greater value.

14. One winner will be drawn at random under independent supervision from all entries received by 02.09.12 and notified in writing within 28 days of the closing date.

15. Confirmation on redemption of the prize must be received within one month of notification. Failure to do so will result in forfeit of the prize, and another winner will be drawn. The promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
