The Brighton & Hove Albion sweepstake is open to residents of the UK aged 18 and over.
Entry into the sweepstake is acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
To enter the sweepstakes you need to add your email address to the Facebook app. One entry per person may be made.
No responsibility is taken for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason.
The sweepstake winner will be chosen at random from a draw of people who have entered their details into the B&H Jobs Love the Albion tab before a 2/3/2012 deadline.
One winner will receive two tickets for a match by Brighton and Hove Jobs.
The winner will be notified by phone, email or via Facebook on the day the draw takes place (2/3/2012). If the winner does not respond to Brighton and Hove Jobs within 24 hours of being notified, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and Brighton and Hove Jobs shall be entitled to select another winner (and that winner will have to respond to the phone call / email / Facebook message within 24 hours or else they will also forfeit their prize).
The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
The winner may be asked to take part in promotional activity.
No purchase necessary.
Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude the liability of Brighton and Hove Jobs for death, personal injury, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation as a result of its negligence.
