I need to finalise my meal plan for the week and plan a food shop accordingly.

I'm making a chilli today - I know that ....

Sun - rost beef and all the trimmings
Mon- liver and onions and mash and carrotts
Tue- chicken and bacon and leek pie with mash annd veg
Wed- chilli ,rice
Thr- Shepards pie and veg
Fri- hm pizza
