Video sender / receiver

Hi I am looking to buy a wireless video sender / receiver compatible with Sky. I dont mean the Sky magic eye thingy though as I need something that will 'beam' the signal from the recording on the Sky + box to the TV in the bedroom (we already have multiroom in the bedroom but its not a Sky+ box). On enquiring with a Sky installer who happend to be fixing the neighbours dish unless I want an upgrade the multiroom box (which is an old standard Sky box) I can do it cheaper with a wireless video sender / receiver.
Not too sure what they are or where the cheapest, most reliable brands are.
