laser eye op

Can I ask has anybody had laser op on eyes in Inverness.
If so who did you use and are you happy to recommend them
I am toying with the thought of having it done, But I wonder if I should bother at my age (58)
So if you have, could you reply

Hi Lizzy

I had laser eye surgery at the age of 50 and it was the best thing I've ever done! I went to a place in Glasgow which was recommended by a mum at my son's school (she was an eye sugeon so I guess she knew best!!) but I think the operations are so popular that all the correct health & safety regulations are now in place everywhere. I had laser surgery done and I would not recomend it.

I was short sighted and could read without glasses. After surgery I find I now need glasses for distance and reading.

They do tell you in the small print .....................
