Partial settlement

Hi, first post!
I have some debts which have been cleared of my credit report (6 years have past).
I am still paying the debts off monthly.
The question is if i agree to pay a debt of partially , can the creditor mark this on my file if the entry no longer exists?
Can they put a new entry on?

No - providing they have dropped off because defaults were issued more than 6years ago then they cannot put anything new on your file.A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0
