cant seem to get a mortgage because of a default

hi, my partner and i have been looking to get a mortgage ever since we had one cancelled by our lender back in jan, but we are finding it hard due to the lenders tightining their purse strings and with a default on my credit file , our mortgage broker has tryed everything but nothing has come up yet and we our now about to lose the house we are trying to buy , if anyone could help we would be most gratful

You may well need to approach a specialist mortgage lender that deals with adverse credit. Expect to pay a far higher rate than a mainstream lender though.0

If youve had a mortgage advisor on it then its unlikely we will be able to help any further...presuming your advisor was able to do their job.
There are people who lend with a default, but it depends how much, how long ago, when it was paid, have you had other credit since.

where has deposit come from
This should be ok for starters, never give up the at the first no thanks. Also, what lenders have said no will help...I am a Mortgage Broker
