  • afternoon ladies

sorry to hear about your break up uk-american, stay strong and keep that positive attitude, you now have so many possibilities, embrace them, xo

how awful about your pet bunnies Valm, it's awful losing a beloved pet

have some UU's and TA's to declare

uu Herbal Essence volumising shampoo - this has been lying around the house unloved and half used for an age, but finally uu'd today, it's quite pleasnt to use and does a decent job but I don't think I'll buy again

uu S&G Clean on me, as many of you ladies will know this lasts for an eternity, it is lovely to use, but I have definitely got S&G fatigue, which is unfortunate as my stash is loaded with S&G :o

uu S&G the righteous butter, excellent moisturiser but as I said above I'm bored with S&G, I think I'll pull something different out of the stash to use for a while.

TA - No7 Lift & Luminate really did not like this, it's quite
thick and I don't think it did anything for my skin so I chucked it.

Have painted my nails with my new black pearl.

    happy pampering, xo

Wow - you guys can chat! I have had to lurk for the last few days as have been really busy - I managed to keep up reading your posts but this is my first opportunity to post something since last Weds!

Hugs to those in need :grouphug: and  to those who are celebrating.

Have quite a few UUs to report which is good as I ordered 2 x Bare Minerals on Sat - just tooooo good to miss I am afraid and I have nearly finished a pot of foundation so would have to replenish soon anyway - that's my excuse - see you on the naughty step!:

Clarins foot beauty treatment - WBA - this smelt lovely and sank in really well. One of the best foot moisturisers I have used in a long time. It also reminded me how much I used to love the Clarins handcream and that maybe I ought to buy some more when my handcream stash has gone.

Philosophy Mimosa shower gel - WBA, great fragrance but need to make a serious dent in my shower stash before purchasing more.

Liz Earle botanical shine conditioner oily - WNBA - I am still searching for my HG haircare range. This is ok but does nothing special for me I am afraid.

Decleor harmonie moisturiser 15ml - like all Decleor moisturisers this smells divine - however WNBA as it didn't seem to do anything special - I didn't have any problems with it and my skin was fine but it just wasn't anything special I am afraid.

Smashbox features lipgloss mini - I love Smashbox lipglosses. I still have good number in my stash though so won't be buying again any time soon and have heard that they are pulling out of the UK market.

No INs for Mother's day despite my massive hints about wanting to try some Lush stuff - there's always next year...

    some INs:
Sure deodrant x2 - don't really count them as ins as i never seem to stash these. current one is def spluttering. got them on offer for 2 for £4.

Origins GinZing sachet x2 - got these from the recycling programme. took in loads of empties. sure the girl just put them straight in the bin (in front of me!) and then i had to ask for the samples but as ginzing is about £2 per ml and i got 3ml in total got about £6 worth of eye cream. I've decanted them into my big pot so i don't loose them and I'm not counting them as ins on my spreadsheet, ill just get confused as one pot is now technically 3 things :rotfl: think i might complain about her putting them in the bin, i know i got free stuff for them but i could have recycled them myself if i knew they wouldn't do it.

Phew, I caught up eventually! How are we all? Sorry to uk_american and VALM, bad news for both of you. Yay to trudij, fabulous news there.
I got 3 new NV's for mothers day. I told DH I wanted some highly inappropriate coloured NV's and he did me proud. Peppermint and Urban purple by rimmel. I also got a clear top coat. Not sure whether or not to try and exchange this as he doesn't have the reciept. TTFN, kaz

Sawan - I think I've been waiting for your Carmine box as eagerly as you have :rotfl:I hope they've sent you lovely things *crosses fingers* :)

I have three UUs to report (at last!)

    26. Nick Lowe Night Recovery Cream (20ml) - WNBA but would recommend to anyone that doesn't have sensitive skin! It's great and I can use it for a few days but then my skin starts to go red. I really wish I could use this...
    27. Emma Hardie Amazing Face Moringa Balm (15ml) - lovely smell but WNBA (I much prefer LE and my HG Elemis Pro-Radiance cleanser)
    28. Lavera Basis Sensitiv Hand Ceam (20ml) - WBA. Great stuff! I have two more minis in stock :)

    Hurrah! :j:j:j

I'm so pleased that you're happy with your box, Sawan! I felt very responsible for it :rotfl:

I got the same box as you :) I got the rose shower gel and the leopard print tin with Steam Cream. The only thing that was different was the shade of the lipstick - mine was shade 42 (I think!) which is a corally colour. I really like the lipstick even though it wouldn't have been my first choice of shade. It's not at all drying and it is very cute indeed :)

Oh! I forgot to say that I wouldn't have chosen the shade 'Matthew' either (what a weird name for a NV!) but it's a really useful quick NV to make my nails look healthier. (I usually prefer strong shades so wished I'd been sent the deep red but on reflection I have loads of reds so this is more useful/interesting).
