Credit Report Help (Defaults)

Hi, I obtained a credit report from Experian a few months back and there was one (I feel) thing missing. I had a MINT credit card (which I think was backed by Natwest) and also a Natwest Credit Card. I defaulted (to my knowledge) on both of the accounts but only one of them is showing on my Credit File.
Is it possible one of the defaults may not have been reported by the credit card company? I took the accounts out in 2006 and settled them in 2008. Is this something that can happen whereby the finance company doesn't report activity to the credit report company?
Thanks for any help

Its possible they may show your credit files with one or both of the other agencies - you could check them.
Not all lenders report to all 3 agencies.
If you defaulted more than 6years ago then the default & record of the account will have dropped off (although thats unlikely if you didn't take out the account until 2006).
Its possible (but unlikely) that the account was never reported at all to any agency.A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0 -
Is it worth paying the monthly fee to credit expert to check your credit report or would it be better for me to order all three from the main bureaus?0

Credit expert is only experian - I wouldn't pay the monthly fee just get a copy of the £2 statutory report or you could use the free trial if you haven't before (free if you remember to cancel), if you've already checked experian then you don't need to do either.
With equifax you can get the £2 report or sign up for the free trial (and cancel).
With callcredit/noddle you can get the £2 report or sign up to free access - its free permanently not on a trial.A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0 -
Thanks, your help is much appreciated0

I've managed to find details of the credit card that I thought had defaulted but it has shown on my Equifax credit report as Arrangement to Pay. How badly does this affect credit ratings? Is it just as bad as a default or not as bad? Thanks again, stuart0
