Virgin Price Increase

Did anyone else get a letter from virgin about a price increase in April? Have phoned them, but they still will not reduce below the increase. And in a few months a "free" broadband increase. I'd probably do it the othey way around, but maybe that's just me. They want an extra £3.70 a month!!
Any idea how to get a decrease without too much hassle.
