What's next after Co-Op bank offer?

Having done FD, Halifax and Co-Op switching offers, what's next?
It looks like Santander have the best offer right now. £100 plus £45 from TCB. It looks like the offer expires today though, not sure I can use my Co-Op account to switch right now as one one of the two DDs set up on it won't be active by the time a new switch completes.
Does anyone know if switching two Standing Orders is enough to be eligible for Santander's offer or does it have to be two DDs?
