Help with smoky smelling leather suite.

Hi,
A friend has recently bought a secondhand leather suite from a local secondhand dealer.
Unfortunately, as it was in a large open warehouse, they weren't able to detect any smell from the suite and it was otherwise in good order.
Unfortunately as soon as it had been delivered it became immediately apparrent that the suite had come from a smokers house and it's absolutely reeking. Their non-smoking house now smells like an old ashtray and they are very upset.
Does anyone know of any way to speed up the process of removing the smell from this suite. I'm sure it will wear off eventually but it is quite unbearable for them at the moment.
They have been out and bought neutradol room fresheners, neutradol and febreeze sprays and it's only about half an hour before the smell of the suite cuts through again.
Alternatively, are there any local cleaning companies who might be able to do something?
Any advice welcomed..

I love this tip from the eHow page...
...who'd have thunk it?If you are a smoker, protect your expensive and valuable leather furniture with high quality furniture covers or by smoking outside or in other areas of the house.
